PDFZap provides free online PDF tools for personal and commercial use. You may use our Service to merge, split, compress, convert, edit, and manipulate PDF files for any lawful purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDFZap and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the Service
- Any errors or omissions in the Service's functionality
- Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your files
- Any other matter relating to the Service
Intellectual Property
Our Content
The Service and its original content (excluding user files), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PDFZap. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Your Files
You retain all rights to the files you process using our Service. We do not claim any ownership or rights to your content. As stated in our Privacy Policy, your files are processed locally and never uploaded to our servers.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
